Overall Size: 7.5 x 4.2 cm
Highly lustrous well exposed light brown scheelite of 1.7 cm in length sits perfectly upon shiny quartz

S8443 - Sulfur - $1300
Cozzodisi Mine, Agrigento Province, Sicily, Italy
Overall Size: 9.5 x 7.5 cm
Gem bright yellow sulfur nuggets up to almost 2 cm long sit in a somewhat concave aragonite matrix
forming a colorful arrangement, material from Cozzodisi is from the early days of mining and not to
be confused with the new material we recently brought out of Sicily. Hard to find good consistent
quality as numerous specimens show crazed xtl sections, not the case here all gemmy. Perfect for
exhibiting since few species have the saturated color for the specific purpose of being showy. Size:
9.5 x 7.5 cm.
