S8413 - Azurite - SOLD
Bisbee, Cochise County, Arizona
Overall Size: 4.8 x 3.2 cm
Collector Mineral Specimens of Azurite for Sale from Bisbee, Cochise County, Arizona
I have never seen a Bisbee azurite in such an aesthetic cluster of this size, it's almost 2 inches! In the
mineral market crystals rarely reach this maximum length from here, only a few photos in various
mineralogical literature. The overwhelmingly bright electric blue color and super glassy faces are key
factors in picking a top piece plus just look at how the xtls fan out from the larger center one, wow it
definitely has that extra appeal. For a miniature I cannot imagine better.

S8414 - Axinite - $700
Bourg d'Oisans, Isere, France
Overall Size: 6.2 x 5.4 cm
From the classic European locality comes this highly glassy plum colored crystal of 3.2 cm long
perched on the corner of pretty light green matrix measuring 6.2 x 5.4 cm in overall size. The upper
portion is of gem quality with the lower half showing typical crazed areas which help reflect light, all
in all though it's a fine alpine specimen emerging from a private collection. In good condition for
an old timer.

S8415 - Gold - $500 SOLD
Placer County, California
Overall Size: 1.1 x 0.9 cm
Very rare cube of gold! A difficult crystal form to find of the native element and only slightly water
worn as seen in nearly all examples, complete on backside. Today specimens are elusive to say
the least which means this little treasure is a steal, it would look handsome mounted atop a
cylindrical peg.

S8416 - Cuprian Adamite - $250
Gold Hill Mine, Tooele County, Utah
Overall Size: 2.5 x 1.7 cm
Attractive thumbnail for the U.S.! Strong rich green spheres up to 0.6 cm across rest upon
contrasting matrix of 2.5 x 1.7 cm in size. These saturated adamites are from the 1980s,
nothing of note has been found in years. No damage, a really cute tn.

S8417 - Rutile with Quartz - $645
Mount Kapudzhuk, Azerbaijan
Overall Size: 4 x 3.4 cm
Nicely balanced miniature of 4 x 3.4 cm in overall dimensions showing undamaged smooth lustrous
faces on this isolated rutile crystal measuring 1.9 x 1.5 cm in size, a significant find no doubt, even
more so for the collector who recognizes its potential as a contemporary item soon to be sought after
by other mineral people. You will not be disappointed as it is highly resplendent and of fabulous
exterior quality in person.

S8418 - Fluorite - $1500
La Collada Mine, Asturias, Spain
Overall Size: 9.5 x 6.2 cm
Excellent large 9.5 x 6.2 cm modified cube of purple fluorite! One interesting aspect of some xtls are
internal phantoms as seen in this Collada piece with the striking outline, truly impressive in hand. In
part the size attributes to the inner beauty not normally displayed in smaller specimens, shine the
lights just right and it glows. In the photos both sides illustrate a near perfect floater that is a rarity in
its own right. Few monster crystals come to light as it's irreplaceable!

S8419 - Topaz - $2300 SOLD
Katlang, Mardan District, Pakistan
Overall Size: 7 x 4.8 cm
In recent years crystals have been recovered from this locality in Pakistan however many are quite
pale unlike the natural orange topaz above with the color being rare even in smaller examples. The
xtl length of 4 cm is unusually large and of gem clear quality as well if compared to others. It lies
well exposed in albite measuring 7 x 4.8 cm in overall size without damage, a wise pick while
pieces remain available, glassy too!

S8420 - Elbaite - $375
Ibadan, Nigeria
Overall Size: 2.5 x 1.3 cm
Look at that flaming cranberry-red crystal! This color made Nigerian material famous among cutters,
it is rare to find well formed crystals without alluvial wear. A premier tourmaline locality to own,
measures 2.5 x 1.3 cm in overall size, super thumbnail that is highly appealing!

S8421 - Ettringite with Gaudefroyite - $765
N'Chwaning II Mine, Kuruman, South Africa
Overall Size: 5.2 x 4.7 cm
Great association of a translucent yellow crystal against slender prismatic black gaudefroyite matrix
of 5.2 x 4.7 cm in size, the fact that two rare minerals in display quality sit on the same piece happens
to be extremely desirable, loose crystals are the norm. Currently, specimens aren't forthcoming with
this type of combo that is increasingly hard to find, striking contrast. Undamaged ettringite is 2.3 cm
tall.

S8422 - Barite - $500
Kelly Mine, Magdalena District, New Mexico
Overall Size: 9.5 x 7.8 cm
Unusual locale! Barite has been occasionally found in the deposit forming interlocking groups of
mostly tan coloration, above is a very fine example of distinct appearance with blades reaching
3.8 cm from tip to tip. Choice small cabinet for the celebrated American mine.

S8423 - Manganoan Smithsonite - $250
Tsumeb Mine, Tsumeb, Namibia
Overall Size: 8.7 x 3.5 cm
Attractive pearly lustrous rich deep pink rhombohedral crystals up to 0.9 cm in length sit nicely upon
matrix of 8.7 x 3.5 cm in overall size, only Tsumeb could produce such a good looking smithsonite.

S8424 - Ruby - $475
Jegdalek, Afghanistan
Overall Size: 7.5 x 7.3 cm
Sharp eye catching contrast on this purplish-red ruby of 1.6 x 1.4 cm in size frozen in calcite
measuring 7.5 x 7.3 cm in overall size, a popular variety of corundum which is easy to see via
the images. Quality is common enough but the opposing matrix is key here, showy rock worth
getting, everyone likes rubies!
