Absolutely stunning rhodo from Mexico! How often do you see one this good? Hardly ever! The very 
well exposed gemmy red to pink crystal of 1.6 cm across sits in the upper portion of matrix measuring 
5.7 x 3.2 cm in overall size. You would think the army-green surface would be ugly, but with this color 
combo it is killer! Some bright galena xtls are scattered about for added appeal. Isolation, balance, 
color, rarity, and quality make this one a top level piece for the country. Hard to beat folks! 

S7632 - Magnetite with Peridot - $800 SOLD

When in association specimens from this area seem to have a large magnetite with a small peridot 
or vice versa, here both species are well crystallized and aesthetically placed against one another. 
The sharp gray magnetite of 2.5 cm in length has grown on the back part of the peridot's termination 
forming a composite of 3.2 x 2.7 cm in size. From all angles it has a 3 dimensional depth in person, 
the kind of sculpture like effect suitable for competition in the thumbnail/toenail size range, exquisite!

Attractive light to rich deep pink botryoidal coating on this classic specimen measuring 6.5 x 5.5 cm 
in overall size, what a piece of history! Not only a rarity item but also pleasing to look at with a 
reasonable price, comes with old labels.

Now here is a good rock for the species! Plentiful acicular pale yellow crystals reaching 1.2 cm in 
length are to numerous to count on this brown matrix of 8.3 x 6 cm in overall size. When examples 
become available xtls seem to be smaller and patchy in growth, these equally abundant on the 
backside. Exceptional for the manganese iron phosphate that is found in a pegmatite, unexpected 
environment for such a mineral, just released out of an old European collection, old label included.

Super bright blue rosette of 2.7 x 1.7 cm in overall size as seen above in the front and back photos 
illustrating its perfect all around form, in fine shape for a rose which tends to show multiple chips 
because of the softness with azurite. Good looking thumbnail.

Very neat large and colorful specimen of almost 6 inches tall has well formed sulfur crystals up to 4 cm 
in length with a drusy quartz coating over most of this piece, small second generation lemon-yellow 
sulfurs of gem quality sit scattered about just enough to make it eye-catching. A different style from 
the famous area and worth owning for that reason, unique!

Transparent sharp glassy rose-pink main crystal of 1.3 cm long rises up and out of alike xtls in cluster 
form with contrasting whitish quartz acting as a backdrop to this highly appealing specimen of 7.5 x 4.
7 cm in overall size. Hard to find with opposing colors in addition to not having the typical druse like 
look so many exhibit. Displays several ways, elegant variety of qtz.

Beautiful sharply terminated flat gem red brookite crystal of 0.7 cm tall sits centered upon alpine rock 
matrix of 7.5 x 4.2 cm size, the strong rich color has but a few rival localities. This style may be more 
for the appreciative collector with in-depth mineral knowledge as it's both rare from Italy and very fine 
for the species, images are accurate, can be shipped no problem.

Choice thumb for the U.S., the locale is rarely seen in collections. This one having a brassy yellow 
chalcopyrite attached to the side face of interconnected purple cubes reaching 1.8 x 1.7 cm in 
overall size, the underside is crystallized making it a complete floater, original label accompanies 
the piece.

Photos are okay, it is gem clean in person with a rainbow effect present at all times! Complex 
lustrous crystal of 3 cm across rests upon dark gray colored matrix measuring 5 x 3.6 cm in 
size, the inner play of colors is seen in a small percentage of calcites, similar to rainbows in 
water.

These days I try to stay away from this mine because of the mass supply available however the light 
and dark purple color on this fluorite with the doubly terminated quartz of 7.5 cm in length was to 
much of a tease. For the cabinet, it's ideal for show without leaving you broke. Measures: 10.2 x 7 cm 
in overall size, a worthwhile pick.

Rarely preserved emerald specimens of rich green color with quality survive for the cutter's wheel as 
this piece is of passable cabochon grade. The lustrous hexagonal beryl crystal of 1 cm long sits 
frozen in a surrounding of schist matrix of 5 x 3 cm in overall size, a true European classic sought after 
today as one of the major emerald localities in the world! Handsome miniature for sure.
