Collector Mineral Specimens of Rhodochrosite for Sale from American Tunnel, Sunnyside Mine, Colorado
A highly attractive well contrasting pink rhodochrosite specimen from this famous American mining 
locality. Production ceased long ago with larger pieces like the one pictured here remaining very 
much a collector item! The undamaged rhombohedral crystal measures about 2 cm across with solid 
white qtz matrix of 11.5 x 10.8 cm in overall size. Extremely fine cabinet sized rhodo that would make 
a colorful and pleasing addition.

Nicely terminated lustrous medium blue spray measuring 2.5 cm across sits against colorful orange 
sulfur of 7.7 x 6.5 cm in overall size, displays well from different angles. These two minerals look 
great on the same matrix, a real stunner, fairly priced, and in good condition.

Resplendent thin silvery muscovites sit intergrown with a highly glassy sharp pink fluorapatite crystal 
reaching 3.6 cm in length to form a damage free specimen of 6.5 x 4.2 cm in overall size. One of the 
more desirable species coming from pegmatites within Pakistan. Props up aesthetically too.

For the specimen size this fluorapophyllite has it all! Good seafoam-green color, completely 
transparent tips, and undamaged main doubly terminated crystal measuring 6 cm long! It sits 
perfectly on white matrix of 6 x 4.5 cm in overall size, some stilbites are in association. If you 
like the gemlike look certain minerals possess then this one is for you!

Fine scapolite miniature! Deeply striated and totally water-clear yellow prism of 4.2 x 1.1 cm in overall 
size with multiple faces at the termination. Specimens have been fairly uncommon in recent years with 
the majority exhibiting significant chatter, this one is in super shape for the soft mineral.

S7065 - Zircon - $365

Overall Size: 3 x 1 cm  
Recently found extremely glassy sharp reddish-brown zircon crystal of 3 x 1 cm in overall size, larger 
than previously discovered material from the country, at least of gem quality. Note the elongated 
formation and steep termination, very prismatic. Small chip on side typical as careless miners are  
only after cutting rough, upper section is pristine.
