S6320 - Pyrargyrite with Calcite - SOLD
Proano Mine, Fresnillo, Zacatecas, Mexico
Overall Size: 5.5 x 4.7 cm
Collector Mineral Specimens of Pyrargyrite with Calcite for Sale from Proano Mine, Fresnillo, Zacatecas, Mexico
Very good sharp bright shiny blackish-red grouping of pyrargyrite measuring 1.7 cm across sits up
well against pleasing orange crystallized calcite matrix of 5.5 x 4.7 cm in overall size. Usually
the species crystallizes in a solid mass without contrast or any color, here you have a rare silver
mineral that is quite appealing, definitely not an ugly rock!

S6321 - Chalcocite - $950
Flambeau Mine, Ladysmith, Wisconsin
Overall Size: 4.4 x 4 cm
Pleasing coating of thin purplish-blue patina on opaque crystals up to 2.5 cm in length are clustered
nicely forming a specimen of 4.4 x 4 cm in overall size. This relatively new find, as far as minerals
go, is one of the best for the species and super examples like this piece will only become rarer with
time. Excellent crystallization for the well-known copper sulfide, attractive compared to others too,
so take advantage!

S6322 - Cobaltian Smithsonite - SOLD
Tsumeb Mine, Tsumeb, Namibia
Overall Size: 5.3 x 4.2 cm
Lustrous well placed medium pink complex smithsonites form round clusters of about 2.5 cm across
on the top half of the matrix measuring 5.3 x 4.2 cm in overall size. Only the famous Tsumeb mine has
produced pieces as good as the one seen here. Fine mineral of value.

Tsumeb Mine, Tsumeb, Namibia
Overall Size: 6 x 3.2 cm
Sparkling rich deep emerald-green dioptase crystals completely line a thin calcite plate with gemmy
colorless cerussites up to 0.7 cm in length growing from the matrix that measures 6 x 3.2 cm in

very attractive.

S6324 - Londonite - $1800
Antsongombato Mine, Morafeno, Madagascar
Overall Size: 8 x 6.5 x 5.5 cm
Fantastic transparent to translucent bright lemon-yellow isolated main crystal of 2.7 x 2 cm in size sits
perfectly upon the mid portion of pegmatite matrix measuring a good 8 x 6.5 x 5.5 cm in size. It is
a huge londonite xtl for the find! Displays quite well sideways without a stand. Production has greatly
slowed down, just a matter of time before the initial find becomes scarce. This is a really fine piece
worth getting!

S6325 - Quartz cast after Calcite - $125
Pine Creek Tungsten Mine, Inyo County, California
Overall Size: 3.7 x 2.5 cm
Razor sharp edges of lustrous white quartz epimorphs after calcite forming a complete crystal on the
outside yet hollow on the inside. The strange cross hatching shows rhombohedral structure from a
very thin coating of calcite, or so I am told. Piece is 3.7 x 2.5 cm in overall size, peculiar oddity.

locale.
