atop sharp looking bright white calcite matrix of 4.6 x 3.5 cm in overall size. First-rate miniature with 
the best color, luster, and contrast for the locality, all in one, harder to get than one would think, super.

Sharp looking rock with quality across the board! Highly bright and attractive brassy-yellow 
chalcopyrites of 1.7 cm in length sit nicely aside contrasting jet-black lustrous sphalerite and 
gemmy colorless qtz prisms for a specimen of 9.3 x 4.5 cm in size. Good sharp appearance, 
even more so in person! Damage free, will sparkle in the display case. 
 
S5464 - Benitoite with Neptunite - $1500 SOLD

Overall Size: 13.7 x 9.5 x 3.7 cm  
Glassy lustrous doubly terminated black crystals measuring up to 2.8 cm in length are attached well 
on snow white natrolite matrix of a good 13.7 x 9.5 x 3.7 cm in size. Several rich blue benitoites set 
off the plate, unique to the mineral world. Quite nice considering production has stopped and old 
specimens like the one pictured here are desirable and will always be in the future. Large pieces 
always have been rare from the celebrated mine, very collectible.

Fine miniature well crystallized lustrous rich deep reddish-brown spinel twins up to 4.5 cm in length 
form an aesthetic crossed mass of 5 x 2.5 cm in overall size. Even though fairly common, the species 
is difficult to obtain with such a well defined xtl and have no other problems. Elegant floater without 
damage. 
 
S5466 - Fluorite with Sphalerite and Chalcopyrite - $250 SOLD

Sharp, colorful, and well placed transparent rich purple stacked cubes up to 2.5 cm across cluster 
together forming a piece measuring 8.5 x 5.3 cm in size. Stunning calcium fluoride that only certain 
mines produce as seen here, great chalcopyrite on sphalerite combo for added character.

Richly saturated glassy medium orange crystals up to about 1 cm in length have formed on solid 
rock matrix measuring 6 x 5.3 cm in overall size. One of the most sought after species, very popular 
and showy. Several xtls enrich the specimen, old timer.

Overall Size: 5.8 x 4 cm  
Brilliant smooth super lustrous top faces of dark black metallic form a single crystal of 5.8 x 4 cm in 
size, really nice looking in person, terminated on all sides. Knowledgeable collectors are well aware 
of differences seen in quality for the species, few pieces reach this level. From the early period of 
production, very distinguished and excellent for the mineral!

Pleasing tone! Flawless sharp single doubly terminated crystal measuring 5.9 x 1.5 cm in overall 
size, very sharp well defined xtl faces on all sides, no damage. Remarkable color for a barite, 
blue being rare for the mineral, good length as well. 
 
S5470 - Fluorite with Schorl - $250 SOLD 
Shengus, Skardu Road, Pakistan  
Overall Size: 3.6 x 1.8 cm  
Unique isolated modified medium green crystal of 1.5 cm across sits at the base of a prismatic 
opaque black tourmaline of 3.6 cm in length. Measures: 3.6 x 1.8 cm. Some pieces of very low 
quality were found, but this one stands out for completeness of front and back. Spectacular 
association for the locality and classy compared to others with striking colors. 
 
S5471 - Pyrite - SOLD

Several sharp xtl faces form two intergrown yellow pyrites up to 1.8 cm in length forming a choice 
thumbnail of 2.4 x 1.7 cm in size. Fine American classic that displays good from several different 
angles, highly lustrous too.

Overall Size: 5 x 3.3 cm  
Lustrous well exposed rich deep purple apatite of 2.3 cm in length sits nicely centered amid muscovite 
and albite matrix of 5 x 3.3 cm in size. Absolutely a piece worth owning because of strong contrast 
showing off a very pretty crystal. Competition miniature, the exact dimensions, free from damage.

Overall Size: 4.5 x 4.5 x 2.2 cm  
Large translucent colorless crystalline mass of cryolite measuring 4.5 x 4.5 x 2.2 cm in overall size. 
Uncommon on today's market, would make a good study example or species filler.
