This distinct smoky crystal of 10.5 x 3.2 cm in size has sharp terminations with a super high degree
of luster on all the faces, the black to colorless gradation is fabulous for a quartz scepter. Internally
crazed center which is situated farther within from the flawless outer portion making it one gem
quality qtz, not to mention over 4 inches of pure classiness!

Gorgeous Brazilian amethyst flower measuring a whopping 8 inches tall, wow! Just imagine how
this circular bowl shaped cluster would standout in a mineral room, with some additional backlighting
to enhance the lovely purple color one could work wonders with this piece since it's fairly thin and
semitransparent. These days large display pieces are increasingly difficult to secure of the type
shown above. Truly remarkable for the variety of quartz, in good condition.

Highly gemmy lustrous connected grouping of two quartzes in parallel growth and another sceptered
crystal sticking out at a near right angle to form a specimen of 5.6 x 4.2 cm in size. The term smoky
quartz is easily visible here as it resembles smoke frozen inside a crystal, very suggestive in person.
No damage.

Here we have an ideal textbook illustration of a perfect scepter quartz, quite aesthetic as well. The
long slender shaft supports the two doubly terminated crystals of 3.6 cm in length. Even though it's
one of the commonest minerals around, examples with such form are fairly rare, undamaged.

Rutile inclusions in quartz from Brazil have been famous for decades, understandable with both
markets chasing the high quality material for lapidary and collector specimens, the plentiful golden
needles frozen inside the transparent crystal are alluring indeed. When rotated in hand one can see
bright flashes of light from the acicular yellow xtls which greatly highlight the specimen. Measures:
6.8 x 3.7 cm in size, for inclusions these are some of the best in the world.
