S10147 - Pyrite - $325 SOLD
Santa Eulalia, Chihuahua, Mexico
Overall Size: 5.3 x 5 cm
Unusual spherical aggregate of highly smooth bright terminations crown over a nice small piece of
brown matrix. Although very abundant in other forms these nearly perfect balls of the common iron sulfide
are rare if not entirely absent from the market. Aesthetic overall shape.

S10152 - Fluorite with Quartz - $525 SOLD
Judith Lynn Claim, Grant County, New Mexico
Overall Size: 5.5 x 4 cm
Fluorite from the various claims tend to be predominantly dark purple with green interior zones and
"scallop shell" texture as this specimen has all of the above; however, the vast majority exhibit a severely
crazed inside that diminishes the strong color, here we have a "gem" piece. The other captivating
feature must be the stacked octahedral crystals in sculptural form which is atypical for the area as all
3 dimensions show well crystallized faces, largest xl: 2 x 1.8 cm. Superb miniature with no damage.

S10148 - Colemanite after Inyoite - $200
Mt. Blanco Mine, Death Valley, California
Overall Size: 5.5 x 4.5 cm
Great pseudomorph! Few places offer sharp well defined pseudos of the chemistry here. Found in the
desolate valley in the early 1970's, these unique specimens are a must have for any collector of such
things. Super depth in person.

S10149 - Hemimorphite - $385
Santo Nino Mine, Durango, Mexico
Overall Size: 7.3 x 3.7 x 3 cm
Excellent small cabinet piece of rich robin's-egg blue typical of the find. Out of the various mines which
produce naturally colored blue hemimorphite, the one shown is on the short list of top examples. Much
of this material has been dispersed with time making the once at hand specimens now unavailable.
7.3 cm high, 3.7 cm deep and 3 cm wide constitute a fair price for the overall size!

S10150 - Chrysocolla after Azurite with Wulfenite - $600 SOLD
Whim Creek Mine, Western Australia, Australia
Overall Size: 6.8 x 6.2 cm
Incredibly sharp pseudos for the two minerals! Think for a second how interesting these chrysocolla
pseudomorphs after azurites are, for as widespread as the blue copper silicate is in mines; it never
replaces azurite in well defined crystals. Razor smooth quality of unprecedented form will have even
the most seasoned experts in awe. If your cup of tea I cannot stress enough the rarity here for the
locale. Individual crystals of 2 cm glow against the dark porous rock. Mineralogically interesting.

S10151 - Pyrite with Enargite - $165 SOLD
Leonard Mine, Butte, Montana
Overall Size: 4 x 3.5 cm
Brilliant reflective yellow concentrated mass of sulfides with projecting octahedral pyrites up to 1 cm from tip to
tip intermixed with small black enargites. I should point out the quality is magnified hundred times in person.
S10153 - Calcite with Malachite coating - $800 SOLD
El Cobre Mine, Zacatecas, Mexico
Overall Size: 7 x 7 cm
In the heyday of Mexican specimen production many neat treasures surfaced such as this highly unique
malachite coated calcite, so unusual I have never seen another. Perhaps there is another locale of equal
associations but none come to mind, and 7 cm tall surely is noteworthy. Almost completely blanketed by
soft velvet green microcrystals reminiscent of the famous Bisbee malachites. For the calcite lover what
more could you ask for? Color, rarity and size are all sound reasons to add this beauty to your collection.

S10154 - Veatchite with Colemanite - $175
Billie Mine, Inyo County, California
Overall Size: 7.2 x 6 cm
Pristine snow-white veatchite crystals form in a concentrated group of 3.4 x 2.2 cm in size resting atop glassy
colemanite matrix of 7.2 x 6 cm in overall size. Very choice for the rare mineral and in excellent condition.

S10155 - Pyrrhotite with Sphalerite - $250 SOLD
Santa Eulalia, Chihuahua, Mexico
Overall Size: 7.8 x 4.5 cm
Impressive sphalerite of mirror-like luster and consistent quality across the board show well with
opposing sharp brassy pyrrhotite standing out in relief. In general pyrrhotite specimens lack contrast,
but here thanks to the adhering shiny black crystals we have one visually appealing piece. Great for
display if propped upright for maximum length at 7.8 cm.

S10157 - Galena - $135
Sweetwater Mine, Reynolds County, Missouri
Overall Size: 4.2 x 3 cm
We all know these are commonly seen as large single crystals or attached to dolomite matrix. The
outline of perched cubes would make a very nice addition to any miniature suite, backside mimics
the photographs above. American classic.

S10158 - Metatorbernite on Quartz - $165 SOLD
Old Gunnislake Mine, Cornwall, England
Overall Size: 4.3 x 4.1 cm
Extremely rich specimen containing plentiful bright green neon metatorbernites sprinkled lightly over
long slender prisms of quartz. Certainly gorgeous for the classic locality of Cornwall, though material
is rarely seen today. Qtz extends to 2.2 cm.
S10159 - Celestine - $375
Meckley's Quarry, Northumberland Co., Pennsylvania
Overall Size: 8 x 5 cm
As the previous label states the one time pocket was found in 1976 along with descriptive wording
such as "dogtooth variety." Surely a local term to describe these chiseled crystals of knife-like edges.
Overall the pale blue color and quality is fairly good, not to mention the main xl of 4.2 cm in length.
