S10059 - Hematite - $1500 SOLD
Egremont, Cumbria, England
Overall Size: 21.3 x 13.2 cm
If you have been searching for a magnificent hematite for the collection here it is! The type of piece that stands
out in a cabinet due to the simple fact that specular hematite has grown over reddish hematite. While we have
all seen various habits of the mineral these shiny knobs of automatically noticeable character remain in a class
by itself, for when collectors think of English minerals such hematites come to mind. A must have for any suite or
worldwide collection. Unavailable in such large plates, 21.3 x 13.2 cm.

S10058 - Red Beryl - $2500
Violet Claims, Wah Wah Mountains, Utah
Overall Size: 6 x 6 cm
High quality red beryls are unique for having one of the purest colors ever found in the mineral kingdom, with
many sitting against contrasting white rhyolite matrix. Rarely does the locality offer specimens today as the
one here was released by a private collector who acquired only very fine examples suitable for visual display.
It is truly the only good mine for this valuable gem mineral, and it is my belief that these will be bargains for
the foreseeable future. Crystal has an unforgettable depth in hand.

S10061 - Dioptase - $350
Sanda Mine, Mindouli, Republic of the Congo
Overall Size: 2.6 x 1.7 cm
Well terminated lustrous emerald-green dioptase measuring 2.6 x 1.7 cm in size, it has a thicker
prism which is somewhat rare, faces at top are in pristine condition on this nicely elongated
crystal, good pick for the tn collector.

S10062 - Fluorite with Rhodochrosite - $400
Sunnyside Mine, Silverton, Colorado
Overall Size: 5.5 x 4.1 cm
Combinations can be amazing! Such pale green fluorites are difficult enough to find these days while we
rarely see a pretty pink rhodochrosite rhomb in association, and almost never with sparkling white quartz
matrix. I don't know anyone who doesn't appreciate the mix of species. Extremely desirable among
collectors of aesthetics, a favorite! Features 1.3 cm rhodo and 1.5 cm fluorite.

S10063 - Columbite-(Fe) - $200
Itahbi, Bahia, Brazil
Overall Size: 3.6 x 1.2 cm
This columbite is exhibiting a unique dagger-shaped termination similar to a spear, and unlike many I have
seen. The other side is complete as well measuring in at 3.6 x 1.2 cm. Super for what it is.

S10064 - Fluorite with Barite - $300 SOLD
Minerva #1 Mine, Hardin County, Illinois
Overall Size: 3.5 x 3.2 cm
Extremely fine small miniature of saturated rich deep purple with inner yellow phantoms. Perfectly
mounted to show the largest cubic crystal of 3 cm across centrally arranged upon stunning chalk
white barite. The popular calcium fluoride is very sought after, but with this vivid color it is just
unbelievable! A true piece of American history that will glow in your case.

S10065 - Azurite with Malachite - SOLD
Big Indian Mine, La Sal, Utah
Overall Size: 9 x 7.7 cm
Eye catching symmetrical aggregate of 2 cm square sits exposed from nearly every angle. I can only
emphasize the sculptural three dimensions of which only one dimension is shown on a computer monitor.
Normally La Sal azurite isn't much of a turn-on, but the depth is key here. Overall size: 9 x 7.7 cm. Much
better in person, you wont regret ordering it! In fine condition.

S10066 - Elbaite with Microcline - $325
Himalaya Mine, Mesa Grande, San Diego Co., California
Overall Size: 4.2 x 4 cm
The Himalaya mine has yielded attractive tourmalines for over a century. Today the good pink color on
the classic microcline is uncommon, even in California collections this style is usually regarded as
first-rate. Gemmy rose-pink crystal of 2.2 x 1.9 cm in size sits investing the matrix. The locality has been
an important producer of fine mineral specimens, and every collector should own at least one piece.

S10067 - Calcite and Dolomite on Quartz - $250
Dal'negorsk, Primorskiy Kray, Russia
Overall Size: 10 x 4.5 cm
The three minerals placed together as one composite are nicely arranged almost alpine in appearance.
All razor sharp in form hanging by the corners in a "jacket" like growth. Even though the species are common
it will stand well on a glass shelf for the purpose of display. Good value.

S10068 - Pyromorphite - SOLD
Les Farges Mine, Correze Province, France
Overall Size: 3.8 x 2.3 cm
Highly attractive bright glassy well crystallized rich green crystals resting on contrasting matrix. Worth
owning as it is desirable now and will be in the future, a real stunner as well as having a good price.
Remarkable coloration for a pyromorphite!

S10069 - Pyrite with Quartz - $265
Green Monster Mountain, Prince of Wales Island, Alaska
Overall Size: 5.2 x 4.3 cm
Rare indeed! Not the prettiest mineral specimen, but I know of only one pocket found in 1977 at this
world famous locale for the best goethite coated pyrites. This makes perfect sense considering the
collection from which it surfaced. Cube is 1.8 x 1.5 cm.

S10070 - Epidote - $145
Viu Valley, Torino Province, Italy
Overall Size: 6.5 x 3.8 cm
Very fine translucent yellowish green epidotes sit grouped together on alpine rodingite matrix.
Crystals are usually small from the area; however, this hue is pleasing for the mineral which is
more evident in hand, high level of quality.
