S7917 - Grossular - $475 SOLD
Jeffrey Mine, Asbestos, Quebec, Canada
Overall Size: 9.5 x 5.8 cm
Great full sized small cabinet of glassy cinnamon colored garnets reaching 1.3 cm across are sprinkled over
gray matrix. I am sure individual xl groups add to its appeal. Since the mine is now closed specimens will
rise in value, this one being a steal! In good condition.

S7915 - Calcite - SOLD
Tynebottom Mine, Alston Moor, Cumberland, England
Overall Size: 8 x 4.8 cm
Interesting locality specimen that is not available today, a real beauty for England. These somewhat rounded
looking pink calcites of 5 cm long rest upon (in this case) attractive gray matrix. If this mineral falls into what
you collect it would be wise to grab it! Photos are exact, damage free.

S7916 - Cuprite with Chrysocolla - $350
Mashamba West Mine, Shaba Province, Democratic Republic of the Congo
Overall Size: 6.5 x 4.1 cm
Very nice cuprite for the price. This razor sharp inner red grouping of two crystals up to 1.2 cm in length rests
against appealing light blue chrysocolla matrix of 6.5 x 4.1 cm in overall size. This mine has produced some
of if not the best cuprites known. A fine copper oxide.

S7913 - Elbaite with Cleavelandite - $1650 SOLD
Jonas Mine, Itatiaia, Minas Gerais, Brazil
Overall Size: 3.7 x 2.8 cm
A rare cranberry-red Jonas elbaite on matrix! Wow, now this is something special, we see singles pop up
for sale, but to find the chalk-white cleavelandite is just killer. Considered the most important find of tourmaline
ever, easy to understand when viewing one of these elbaites. The crystals reach 3.3 cm long and sit in
parallel growth. Collectors hardly ever part with a matrix piece making this one an unexpected surprise, real
value here, truly a mouth watering example!

S7920 - Elbaite with Quartz - $600 SOLD
Paprok, Kunar Province, Afghanistan
Overall Size: 6.7 x 4.5 cm
This gem quality bi-colored pink and green tourmaline was just to intriguing to pass up. Why? Look at how
the crystals grew in a line frozen into the qtz face, may mean nothing to many people, but I think it is interesting
for an elbaite, perhaps the tourmaline collector will see it the same way. The two largest xls are doubly
terminated reaching 2.7 cm in maximum length. Displays well from different angles.

S7914 - Magnetite with Grossular (Var. Hessonite) - $1800 SOLD
Malciaussia, Piemonte, Susa Valley, Italy
Overall Size: 5.5 x 3.7 x 3.1 cm
Classy combo! Even though the mineral magnetite is common at other localities alpine type specimens are
fairly uncommon, this particular locale is quite rare. The mirror bright high quality silvery crystals up to 1.2
cm in length sit on sparkling dark red garnets for a super association the kind you don't see very often.
Excellent dodecahedral magnetite for Italy!

S7918 - Elbaite - $950 SOLD
Pech, Nuristan, Afghanistan
Overall Size: 4.5 x 2 cm
Afghanistan is known for producing outstanding minerals with elbaite being one of the most sought after,
during the search miners find various colors and every now and again a stunner like the piece above
shows up. Its upper green color zone, not to dark or to light, a hard to get hue! Slight hint of blue too,
a must see. Damage free termination.

S7922 - Calcite with Stibnite - $600 SOLD
Wuling Antimony Mine, Jiangxi Province, China
Overall Size: 7.6 x 6.8 cm
Complete all around, every stibnite is doubly terminated and the calcite terminates on the backside. These
bright slender metallic stibnites of 6.2 cm long shoot out of a gemmy light yellow crystal reaching 2.3 cm
across to form a splendid arrangement of 7.6 x 6.8 cm in overall size. I know with all the minerals pouring out
of the country it seems like gambling, the select pieces will increase in value, from a new find.

S7921 - Calcite with Quartz (Var. Amethyst) - $540 SOLD
Juchem Quarry, Idar Oberstein, Germany
Overall Size: 8.5 x 4.5 cm
Super small cabinet calcite for Idar Oberstein! Light brown to creamy colored crystals reaching up to 3.2 cm
tall sit perched upright on amethyst. Interesting calcite morphology. Examples from the area are highly
desirable among collectors, understandable being an important European locale.

S7923 - Pyrite on Fluorite - $175 SOLD
El Hamman Mine, Meknes Tafilalet Region, Morocco
Overall Size: 3.5 x 3.5 cm
Let's face it, without the shiny pyrite balls this would be a boring specimen. The well placed spheres
greatly add to the aesthetic of this penetration twin of 2.3 cm across. In good condition.

S7924 - Titanite with Grossular (Var. Hessonite) - $250
Falin Lake, Viu Valley, Piemonte, Italy
Overall Size: 5 x 4.5 cm
Odd whitish pink titanite! Sharp crystals up to 1.6 cm in length sit on a high luster druse of dark red
garnet coated matrix of 5 x 4.5 cm in overall size, hard to find style from anywhere. Choice miniature.
