S6503 - Betafite - $1000 SOLD
Ambolotara, Befalo, Madagascar
Overall Size: 5 x 4.3 cm
Wow! What large crystals for the species! Very nice from all sides as it is a complete and unusual red/
brown/yellow surface texture for a mineral, quite different from many species. Worthy of any collection
as specimens of such magnitude are hard to obtain, opportune time to buy an old betafite.

S6505 - Spodumene (Var. Kunzite) - $1250 SOLD
Mawi, Laghman Province, Afghanistan
Overall Size: 6.7 x 2.5 cm
Fine doubly terminated lilac colored prismatic crystal of 6.7 x 2.5 cm in size with contrasting white albite matrix
of good balance. Although some kunzites are quite large from Afghanistan many exhibit a frosted or dull
surface on all sides, not the case here! Front face is glassy and easy to see the inner gem quality, much more
evident in hand. Aesthetic crystal from a small new find.

S6506 - Barite with Dioptase - $750
Omaue Mine, Kaokoveld, Namibia
Overall Size: 6.2 x 3.8 cm
Hard to get! Unique rare combo of a well terminated gemmy orange isolated barite reaching 2.1 cm tall.
Frozen in drusy white quartz and strong green dioptase, this piece is a must have for those who like African
stuff! It will be a while before another as good comes along, guaranteed! No damage.

S6501 - Chalcocite - $950 SOLD
Flambeau Mine, Ladysmith, Wisconsin
Overall Size: 4.4 x 4 cm
Pleasing coating of thin purplish blue patina over opaque chalcocites. This relatively new find is exceptional
for the species, and good examples are rare. Also sharp crystallization for the well-known copper sulfide
I'd say attractive compared to others, so take advantage!

S6502 - Quartz cast after Calcite - $225
Pine Creek Tungsten Mine, Inyo County, California
Overall Size: 3.7 x 2.5 cm
Razor sharp edges of lustrous white quartz epimorphs after calcite forming a complete crystal on the outside
yet hollow on the inside. The strange cross hatching shows rhombohedral structure from a very thin
coating of calcite, or so I am told. Piece is 3.7 x 2.5 cm in overall size, peculiar oddity.

S6508 - Calcite with Malachite inclusions - $735 SOLD
Bisbee, Cochise County, Arizona
Overall Size: 9 x 6 cm
Lots of pleasing green malachite inclusions in glassy transparent calcites of about 1 cm in length line a
crystallized vug of rich dark brown matrix. Quantities from the famous Bisbee locale have been a rarity even
when the mine was producing. The color will light up the showcase! In fine condition.

S6513 - Microcline (Var. Amazonite) - $200
Crystal Peak, Lake George, Colorado
Overall Size: 3.5 x 3.2 cm
Blue capped amazonite! Classy greenish blue front faces stand out against a chalk-white grouping
of 3.5 x 3.2 cm in size. Mineralogically interesting variety of microcline, seldom available.

S6507 - Barite with Realgar inclusions - $475
Baia Sprie, Maramures, Romania
Overall Size: 5 x 4 cm
Pretty red realgar inclusions make specimens from this part of the world both desirable and true classics,
best place for associated species. These very attractive intense lustrous thin blades measure up to 3.5 cm
in length. Examples are scarce today, a smart pick.

S6510 - Titanite - $450 SOLD
Gerental, Wallis, Switzerland
Overall Size: 5.3 x 1.3 cm
Classic alpine mineral! Complete on all sides without damage, a loose floater! Chlorite inclusions are typical
for pieces from the alps. Very fine in person and surprisingly large with a sharp twinning plane.

S6515 - Kutnohorite - $135
Wessels Mine, Kuruman, South Africa
Overall Size: 6 x 5.5 cm
Partial sphere of pink mounds up to 2.1 cm across sit clustered to form a pleasing example of 6 x
5.5 cm in overall size. Wonderful rock to collect as well as look at, in good shape.

S6514 - Callaghanite - $200 SOLD
Gabbs, Nye County, Nevada
Overall Size: 6 x 5.3 cm
Excellent for species! Richly saturated vibrant blue microcrystals have grown upon matrix. Very showy
for a rarity, strong overall appeal, no damage and best of all the crystallization is exceptional!
