S12936 - Quartz (Var. Amethyst) - $1450 SOLD
Las Vigas, Veracruz, Mexico
Overall Size: 9.5 x 6.3 cm
Lately and in years past the Las Vigas producing region has been worked for fantastic groups of amethyst in exceptional
display quality. This one has been around for at least 15 years. Purple crystals in generous numbers flaring from their
base have made the locality famous and this cluster has no damage as many may or may not have snapped prisms.
The previous owner also pointed out the symmetrical prong-like spray to me, very pronounced in person.

S12937 - Smithsonite - $600
Touissit, Oujda-Angad Province, Morocco
Overall Size: 7.4 x 6 cm
Lovely compound mass of sharp glistening rhombohedral crystals line this small cabinet specimen. In the close-up
photo the caramel colored stalactite measures 5.3 cm tall and is very much well defined past its field of view. From
older production when lots of prime material came out of the mine.

S12942 - Beryl (Var. Aquamarine) with Quartz - $675
Erongo Mountain, Usakos District, Erongo Region, Namibia
Overall Size: 3.6 x 1.6 cm
Wow, not only eye-catching and cute from here, but kind of uncommon to see a perfect damage free doubly terminated
aquamarine smack-dab in the center of smoky quartz. One of the most delightful small miniatures we have seen in the
past year. Rarely do we see such an aesthetic combination piece at this locality and it doesn't require sacks full of
money! Aqua measures 3.6 cm from end to end.

S12943 - Chalcophyllite with Cuprite - $780 SOLD
Wheal Gorland, St Day District, Cornwall, England
Overall Size: 8 x 5.2 x 2.7 cm
Chalcophyllite is a rare secondary copper arsenate mineral occurring in the oxidized zones of some arsenic-bearing
copper deposits, and it is a classic Cornish mineral once called tamarite. This dazzling unique shade of blue-green is
SO intense it appears nearly artificial in person. Crystal also approaches a full centimeter, quite large for the six-sided
platy mineral and in good condition for a soft species. Comes with old label. Electrifying!

S12944 - Chalcophyllite with Cuprite - $275 SOLD
Wheal Gorland, St Day District, Cornwall, England
Overall Size: 4.4 x 2.4 cm
Another Cornish classic of electrifying blue-green so intense it appears nearly artificial in person. This rare secondary
copper arsenate mineral occurs in oxidized zones of some arsenic-bearing copper deposits and represents the
unique species very well.

S12945 - Andradite (Var. Demantoid) - $1350 SOLD
Tubussis 22 Farm, Karibib District, Erongo Region, Namibia
Overall Size: 4 x 3.3 cm
Is it really this green? You bet! Not only highly saturated in person but VERY GEMMY and glassy in real life. I must
reiterate again about the luster, every face has blinding glare equal to the finest Italian demantoids of such magnificent
dodecahedral form you'd swear they were cut and polished precious gemstones. MUCH more pronounced than most
and in absolutely pristine condition, not even a micro wilber. We strongly recommend this gem garnet.

S12946 - Bastnasite-(Ce) - SOLD
Zagi Mountain, Hameed Abad Kafoor Dheri, North-West Frontier Province, Pakistan
Overall Size: 3.5 x 2 cm
Excellent bastnasite-(Ce) to 1.3 cm long of the rarer transparent and lustrous type is offered here. Crystals from this area
are now considered to be the finest ever found and no significant lots have turned up since the first small wave of
specimens. The two top photos illustrate why these crystals captivate collectors and another view shows the
termination well. No damage.

S12947 - Galena with Calcite - $385
Dal'negorsk Mine, Primorskiy Kray, Russia
Overall Size: 10.3 x 7.4 cm
An excellent bright galena and calcite specimen by any standard. The luster of these cuboctahedral galenas matches
any on the market and the frosted calcites are very much well defined past its field of view. 10.3 x 7.4 cm.

S12952 - Euclase - $6200 SOLD
Lost Hope Mine, Karoi District, Mashonaland West, Zimbabwe
Overall Size: 3 x 2.2 cm
The magical allure of euclase for both its rarity and outstanding color measure up to anything the mineral kingdom
can produce. With that said, crystals from this part of Africa are a VISUAL DELIGHT. No where on planet earth can
you find this level of inky-blue saturation in the beryllium aluminosilicate, but that is only some of what make this
gem crystal extraordinary. The other is its condition. Due to good cleavage, crystals are generally snapped along
the c-axis of the body. This head to tail break can severely diminish value; however, this crystal escaped nearly
unharmed from the mine, and as complete as one can expect.

S12953 - Dioptase with Calcite - $425
Tsumeb Mine, Tsumeb, Namibia
Overall Size: 4 x 3 cm
This impressive centrally located dioptase prism in uncommon vertical or upright position seems to be rare worldwide
no matter the type of mineral. These sharp crystals, of eye popping appeal and distinct character, dot calcite in a
way that only Tsumeb could. Wonderful limpid green!

S12954 - Spessartine with Galena - $700 SOLD
North Mine, Broken Hill, New South Wales, Australia
Overall Size: 5 x 2.7 cm
In superb condition. World-famous for gemmy rhodonites, the mine also produced exceptional spessartine garnets
in galena in spurts over the years. Quite often the reddish crystals show eye visible chips whereas this 2 cm beauty
has no damage and awesome texture on its well exposed faces. If that weren't enough it is from the famed
Broken Hill locality.

S12955 - Lawsonite - $500
Reed Station, Tiburon Peninsula, Marin County, California
Overall Size: 6 x 5.5 cm
Lawsonite, related chemically and structurally to the epidote group of minerals, was first described in 1895 for occurrences
in the Tiburon Peninsula, Marin County, California. These highly defined and well exposed crystals, their best feature,
came from old finds here in CA. They are some of the nicest damage free pinkish blue crystals in upright orientation.
Comes with old label.

S12956 - Calcite with Azurite and Malachite - $465 SOLD
Kamariza Mine, Lavrion, Attiki Prefecture, Greece
Overall Size: 9.3 x 7 cm
The relation between azurite and malachite and copper impurities in scalenohedral calcite demonstrate remarkable
paragenesis from the ancient mines around Lavrion, Greece. One of the first silver mining districts in the world, it has
produced very little in the way of attractive calcite specimens and this prickly cluster is simply a stunner! Even
better in person.

S12957 - Copper - $425 SOLD
Baltic Mine, Houghton County, Michigan
Overall Size: 6.8 x 5.7 cm
Splendid for this rarely seen American copper locality! These bright "tree limbs" of shimmering quality and only slightly
tarnished rich brown "antique" coloration form a spectacular cluster from this lesser known but still respectable
mine, the Baltic! 6.8 x 5.7 cm in size.

S12958 - Malachite - $400
Star of the Congo Mine, Katanga Province, Democratic Republic of Congo
Overall Size: 13 x 3 cm
Large towering stalactite extends to 13 cm in length. This is a showy display specimen of distinctive shiny rich green
malachite the country was and still is famous for from time to time. Impressive piece for the cabinet, no damage.
