S10733 - Vivianite - $3500
Huanuni Mine, Oruro Department, Bolivia
Overall Size: 22.7 x 9.4 cm
The finest vivianites come from Bolivia, and from within that country only one area has produced such
aesthetic sprays. These surfaced before 1979. Considered exceptional due to the pinwheel
crystallization and rich blue color. Connected clusters reach 5 cm. If that weren't enough its stretched
matrix is 9 inches across! Easily one of the largest from the find. Sometimes one has to move on what
is hard to find, you should do the same. After all rarity equals value. Magnificent plate.

Tsumeb Mine, Tsumeb, Namibia
Overall Size: 4.4 x 2.7 cm
A favorite among Tsumeb specialist! Smithsonite is the most abundant secondary zinc mineral at the

miniature is one to die for in person, by all means a head turner. No damage.

S10736 - Willemite - SOLD
Tsumeb Mine, Tsumeb, Namibia
Overall Size: 4.5 x 3.3 cm
The most beautiful specimens of willemite are lustrous, blue, translucent, botryoidal masses such as
the one pictured here. Of the few examples offered, this particular piece has a full sphere unlike any
we have previously seen. Amazing when rare minerals develop into attractive display pieces.
Considering what fine miniatures fetch these days, I'd say it's undervalued. Damage free.

Excellent twisted subparallel lead gray semseyite crystals form into a perfect oval of 2.2 cm tall. Associated

Few come up for sale with this extra coloration from the famed locale! Although worked much earlier the
Hilton mine became a leading locality in the 1960's and 70's, today access is restricted, which
makes it all the more pleasurable to see such a handsome miniature from one of England's premier
fluorite localities. Several glassy yellow penetration twins up to 1.4 cm in length completely cover the
frontal face. In hand the cubes are incredibly gemmy.
