M9034 - Azurite with Arsentsumebite - SOLD
Tsumeb Mine, Tsumeb, Namibia
Overall Size: 3.2 x 2.6 cm
E-mail: andy@andyseibel.com
Clean looking, razor sharp, very colorful, and fairly large crystal for this type of association. The azurite terminates up and
over the top of a thin pleasing lime-green matrix of 3.2 x 2.6 cm in size, almost a complete floater! Crystal is 2.2 cm across.
When together, these two minerals are one of the neatest combos from the famous mine, a spectacular toenail. There is
a very small chip on the right side, greatly magnified in the photographs, the actual size in hand is quite trivial. A fine
example of the well-known copper carbonate as well as being from the most celebrated locality in the world.
